Multifamily digital marketing agency Street Digital Media has announced that Curtis Cardoza has joined the company as Director of Partner Success. Curtis joins the agency to oversee day to day operations, client relations, and partnerships for the company's West coast communities and key institutional clients.
Curtis has garnered over 10 years of B2C and B2B multifamily marketing experience. Throughout his tenure in the industry, Curtis has overseen and facilitated marketing and advertising programs for some of the industry's largest REITs and Property Management Companies including Holland Residential, Weidner Apartment Homes, and Pinnacle Property Management.
Prior to Street Digital Media, Curtis was responsible for developing go-to-market strategies for the supply side of Zillow Rentals as well as oversight of their partner experience programming. During his time at Zillow Rentals he successfully helped reposition their multifamily advertising solutions and enhanced their Rental Advisory Board programming.
Curtis displays a passion for the multifamily industry and is constantly working to push the industry forward by challenging the status quo. "We are extremely excited to have Curtis' marketing expertise given his experience as a leader in multifamily property management marketing as well as a key player in Zillow's partner experience program. Curtis obtained his degree from the University of Washington with a focus in Business and Marketing and currently resides in the Seattle area.
